reasons! Just 50 yards to the sand of Twin Lakes Beach, you can
take a leisurely stroll to the
Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and the
shops and restaurants nearby.
The Harbor Lights overlooks the
Santa Cruz
Small Craft Harbor and is a flat, sandy stroll to the beach, the
Crow’s Nest Restaurant
(a Santa Cruz icon), the Café Palomar, and
the Kind Grind Coffee Shop – for your morning cup of coffee and homemade
pastries and bread!.
The Harbor Lights features a reverse floor
plan, with spectacular views overlooking the
Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.
You can easily walk to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and the shops and
convenient venues nearby. Boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals are
also located at the Harbor, and bike rentals are just a block away. At
night, you can grill hamburgers and roast marshmallows in the fire pits
provided at the beach, and create vacation memories that will last a
lifetime.
Tastefully furnished with lots of attention to detail, you will enjoy
the relaxed comfort and nearby amenities that make this home a favorite
of returning guests. Some of the interior upgrades include designer
furnishings, a plasma TV, high speed wireless internet, stereo sound
system, and upgraded cable with HBO.
Upgraded appliances provide everything you will need to cook a gourmet
meal in the chef's kitchen, and pride of ownership is evident
throughout. The secluded patio area nestled behind the garage is home to
a private hot tub and a great place to relax under the stars and listen
to the calming shore break nearby. Take a ride on the Chardonnay II,
enjoy cocktails at sunset on the patio of the Crow's Nest, bask on the
beautiful beaches nearby, or just "Zen out". Whatever your interest,
this is the perfect destination for your next vacation.

PETS
The family dog may be permitted.
GENERAL POLICIES
50% rental deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. 2 night minimum generally required, longer minimums
apply during holiday periods and peak season. Please inquire about long
term rates.
